You will run cloud re-platforming projects end to end: estate discovery, dependency mapping, staged migration from vSphere to OpenStack, OpenShift Virtualization or Proxmox VE, and ongoing operations under SLA.
What you bring
Production experience with at least two of: OpenStack, OpenShift/Kubernetes, VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE.
Migration scar tissue — you have moved live workloads and know where they bite.
Storage and networking depth (Ceph, VLANs/VXLAN, load balancing).
Automation-first mindset: Ansible, Terraform, CI pipelines.
