Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: October 2026

Srianu Technologies Limited ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@srianutech.com, Unit 8, Dock Offices, Surrey Quays Road, London, SE16 2XU, United Kingdom.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a consultation, or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, meeting preferences, and — for job applications — your CV and any information it contains.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This relies on cookies and similar technologies and is enabled only with your consent. IP addresses are anonymised and processed by Google as part of this service. See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice.

Booking data. Consultations are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings. Details you enter there (name, email, meeting subject) are processed by Microsoft on our behalf and appear in our calendar system to run the meeting.

Why we process it (lawful bases)

  • To respond to enquiries and run booked meetings — legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract.
  • To consider job applications — steps prior to an employment contract.
  • To improve the website (analytics) — consent.
  • To meet legal obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — website hosting, Microsoft (email, calendar, Teams, Bookings) and Google (analytics) — under contracts that restrict their use of it, and where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and meeting records: up to 2 years after our last contact. Unsuccessful job applications: 6 months unless you ask us to keep your CV on file. Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@srianutech.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" control in the footer of every page, or through your browser settings. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page with the date above.
