These terms govern your use of the Srianu Technologies website. By using the site you accept them. Services we deliver to clients are governed by separate written agreements — nothing on this website constitutes an offer, and website content does not form part of any contract unless expressly incorporated.
Use of the site
You may browse, download and print content for your own business evaluation and internal use. You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site are owned by or licensed to Srianu Technologies. Open5GS, Kamailio, Osmocom/OsmoSGSN, OpenStack, OpenShift, VMware, Proxmox and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. References to them describe compatibility and service scope; they do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owners.
Open-source software
The open-source platforms we package and support are licensed by their upstream projects under their own licences (for example AGPL and GPL family licences). Nothing on this site modifies those licences. Srianu's commercial offering is packaging, development, integration, support and operations — not the resale of open-source licences.
No warranty on website content
Website content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time. Technical capabilities, service scope and pricing are confirmed only in written proposals.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content or from use of the site, including indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
