MVNO & MVNE Core Infrastructure
Launch, scale, or migrate a virtual operator without per-subscriber licensing fees devouring your operating margins.
- Dedicated Full MVNO Core — Own your subscriber data, SIM routing, and voice switching with a dedicated, hardened Open5GS 4G/5G core and Kamailio IMS.
- Host-Network Interconnect — Turnkey roaming, diameter/GTP signaling, and interconnect engineering with your host MNO, rigorously tested before launch day.
- Seamless BSS/OSS Integration — Standardized APIs and hooks into your billing, CRM, and provisioning systems.
- Flexible Operational Models — We operate the core 24×7 under strict SLA, or train your in-house engineering team and step back whenever you're ready.
Why Open-Source Cores Win for MVNOs
MVNO profitability depends entirely on lowering cost per subscriber. Traditional core vendors tax your growth with escalating per-subscriber fees. A hardened open-source core reverses this dynamic: your platform cost remains flat while your subscriber base expands, allowing margin to compound with scale.
Scope Your MVNO Core Deployment →Private LTE / 5G Networks
Carrier-grade, dedicated mobile connectivity for manufacturing plants, ports, enterprise campuses, and utilities where Wi-Fi fails.
Hardened Compact Core
The full 3GPP-compliant 4G/5G core on compact, redundant hardware — deployed on-premise for absolute data sovereignty or edge-hosted for ultra-low latency.
Radio to OT Integration
End-to-end spectrum strategy, RAN vendor selection, SIM/eSIM provisioning, and seamless integration with industrial OT and SCADA infrastructure.
Managed or Self-Operated
Choose 24×7 managed operations under SLA, or a structured handover with comprehensive engineering training and runbooks.
Turnkey Network Build & Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)
From wireless broadband over LTE/5G to complete, bare-metal network infrastructure builds designed for carrier-grade scale.
- Right-Sized Core Architecture — Start with a cost-effective, high-throughput Open5GS edge core and scale the exact same platform across regional aggregation sites.
- Multi-Vendor CPE & BNG Interop — Standardized 3GPP and RADIUS/AAA interfaces verified against the multi-vendor routers and CPEs deployed in the field.
- Automated Subscriber Onboarding — Zero-touch provisioning and automated billing workflows built for lean, high-efficiency operational teams.
Built from Scratch, End to End
When you need a robust, turnkey network, Srianu engineers and deploys the complete core, BNG routing architecture, IP transit peering, and subscriber automation stack from the ground up — delivering high-performance subscriber traffic with zero vendor lock-in and SLA-backed tier-3 operational support.

One accountable engineering partner across the entire device generation gap — from legacy 2G meters to modern 5G sensors.
Legacy 2G/3G Preservation
Keep existing 2G/3G M2M device estates connected reliably and economically using our hardened OsmoSGSN packet core while multi-year replacement cycles complete. See 2G/3G Core →
Modern LTE Cat-M / NB-IoT
Lightweight, high-density signaling cores on the Open5GS platform, tailored for massive IoT deployments and low-power wide-area networks.
Zero-Downtime Migration
Comprehensive device inventory audits, dual-running core setups, and staged cutover engineering ensuring zero data loss during core migrations.
VMware Exit & Cloud Re-Platforming
Licence renewal shock is hitting operator budgets hard. We have successfully migrated production telecom and enterprise VMware estates to three distinct open alternatives — and we provide honest, architectural recommendations on which fits your estate.
OpenStack
For large-scale telecom and enterprise estates requiring true private cloud features — multi-tenancy, high API control, and carrier-grade NFV performance. We execute zero-data-loss vSphere to OpenStack migrations.
OpenShift Virtualization
For organizations consolidating around Kubernetes containers. Run legacy VMs side-by-side with container clusters, enabling phased application modernization without high-risk big-bang rewrites.
Proxmox VE
For lean, highly efficient virtualization estates requiring solid clustering, high availability (HA), and integrated backups without enterprise licensing bloat. We migrate small and mid-sized environments in weeks.
- Rigorous Discovery & Dependency Mapping — Full network topology analysis to identify VM inter-dependencies before a single workload moves.
- Staged Cutover Engineering — Workload-by-workload execution with pre-tested rollback checkpoints at every step of the migration path.
- Ongoing SLA Operations — Srianu operates your new virtualized infrastructure 24×7, or empowers your team with comprehensive runbooks. Explore Cloud & Virtualisation →

Book a VMware Exit Assessment →Tier-1 UK mobile operator: dual-vendor core swap, VMware → OpenStack
A national UK mobile network operator needed to remove per-core VMware licensing from its mobile core estate and replace two incumbent vendor platforms — without disrupting live subscriber traffic. Srianu engineers planned and ran both workstreams in parallel: a full re-platform from VMware vSphere onto a carrier-grade OpenStack NFVI, combined with vendor migrations of the packet core and the policy layer.
Huawei EPC → Ericsson EPC, on OpenStack
The challenge. Replace the incumbent packet core and exit VMware at the same time, while preserving live S1‑MME, S6a, S11 and SGi interfaces, roaming reachability and lawful-intercept continuity.
What we did. Stood up the target Ericsson EPC (MME/SGW/PGW) on an OpenStack NFVI, engineered interworking and DNS/APN alignment with the legacy estate, and executed phased subscriber migration with pre-tested rollback checkpoints at every step.
Outcome. Huawei packet-core nodes retired and VMware removed from the EPC estate, with subscriber service continuity maintained throughout the cutover.
Huawei PCRF → Oracle PCRF, on OpenStack
The challenge. Move policy and charging control — Gx, Rx, Sy and Sd signalling — to a new vendor and a new virtualization platform without affecting QoS enforcement, VoLTE policy or charging integrity.
What we did. Deployed Oracle PCRF on OpenStack, mapped policy rules and subscriber profiles across vendors, validated Gx/Rx interworking against the migrated Ericsson core, and cut over domain by domain.
Outcome. Policy layer re-homed to Oracle on OpenStack and integrated with the new core, with no change to the subscriber policy experience.
How we de-risked a live core migration
- Parallel-estate design — target Ericsson and Oracle platforms built out on OpenStack alongside the live Huawei/VMware estate, never on top of it.
- Interface-level validation — S1-MME, S6a, S11, SGi, Gx, Rx, Sy and Sd proven in a staging NFVI before any production traffic moved.
- Staged, reversible cutovers — migration by subscriber group and policy domain, with tested rollback at each checkpoint.
- Vendor-neutral engineering — one accountable team across Huawei, Ericsson, Oracle and OpenStack, with no vendor axe to grind.
Planning a similar core or VMware exit?
We work vendor-neutrally across packet core, IMS and policy, and we migrate the virtualization estate underneath them. Bring your topology to a confidential technical call and we'll tell you what we'd move, in what order, and where the risk is.
